Hello, Spring! If you’ve had that sluggish feeling of not wanting to do something you know is good for you—today you can spring into a new attitude!

During the winter months, it’s easy to put off healthy FOOD choices or being active. Now you can put winter behind you and do something!  Why not gather your family members and, instead of watching TV, play a game of tag! It’s fun, and a great way to get moving.

Today is National Common Courtesy Day, a day to practice saying “please” and “thank you.” When you show a kind attitude, you inspire others to do the same.

Common courtesies, like "please" and "thank you," are ways to express politeness. It goes a long way when you thank someone for their service, or when you simply let them know how much they are appreciated! 
Also, don't forget to say please if you ask for something. People appreciate these common courtesies!

Get ready to be goofy! It’s National Goof Off Day! What fun and silly things will you do today? 

When you play outside in the fresh air, it is the best way to boost your MOOD and attitude! As the weather warms, call a friend and ask to play at the park or go for a walk around the neighborhood. Find animal shapes in the clouds or take a bike ride.
