Spending time taking photos, doodling, writing, crafting, or creating any art that is special to you, will give you a sense of accomplishment and while doing so, you'll relax your mind and body!

Regular relaxation helps relax muscles and calm the nervous system, boosts your immune system, and improves sleep! It is great for your MOOD, helps your concentration at school, and increases creativity!
